New Engineering college in Barak Valley

Special Correspondent SILCHAR, Aug 31: Sontosh Mohan Dev, Union Minister of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, debunked the allegation that the multicrore diverse package of Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh, “does not have anything to offer to Barak Valley”. He rather clarified of the four engineering colleges declared by the Prime Minister for Asom, one of these was in Barak Valley. Besides, all the flood schemes by the State Government for Barak Valley had been cleared by the Prime Minister.
