SILCHAR, Nov 22: Air Marshal Suraj Kumar Bhan, IAF, accompanied by Air Force Wives’ Welfare Association (Regional) president, Eastern Air Command, Veena Bhan arrived at Air Force Station Kumbhirgram as a part of his farewell visit recently. They were received by VSM station commander group captain TS Venkatesh and Air Force Wives Welfare Association (Local) Air Force Station Kumbhirgram president Shuba Venkatesh.
The Air Marshal visited the Air Force unit at Lunglei in Mizoram and inspected the living condition of the air warriors in the area. The Air Marshal also was presented with a Ceremonial Guard of Honour by the Air Force Guard Contingent yesterday on his departure for Shillong. THE SENTINEL
